Marshall Miller
Marshall Lynn Miller, 52, left this world to enter into eternity with our Lord Jesus Christ on Sept. 22, 2009, following a fierce battle with lymphoma and liver disease.
Marshall was born in Rockwall on July 19, 1957, to R.D. and Rosie Miller of Fate. Marshall was a lifelong resident of Fate and attended Rockwall Public Schools. During his lifetime, he blessed many, many lives; he never met a stranger. He enjoyed the outdoors and had a passion for hunting and fishing. He was a loving son and brother and a gentle father to his children. His smile and his sense of humor will be missed by all.
Marshall is survived by his mother of Fate; his sisters, Jennie Allen and husband Jimmy Fowler of Rockwall, Mary Whisenhunt and husband Mike of Paris, Lisa Miller of Fate and Linda Hahn and husband Mike of McAllen. He leaves behind a beautiful legacy in his children, Keeli Miller of Rockwall, Justin Miller and wife Angela of Forney, Colby Miller of Galveston, and Royce Miller of Rockwall; grandchildren Alia, Nate, Chase and Stephen; nieces and nephews Dusti, Mandi, Rusty, Kimberly, Destiny, Ray and Amber; great-nieces and nephews and many close friends and relatives.
He was preceded in death by his father and sisters Jo Wanda Miller and Kathy Dempsey.
