No matter where you are, buzzwords are all around us
I can’t always explain why I drift to a certain train of thought.
Maybe it’s because I spend hours of my time in meetings each week, listening, trying to comprehend what‘s being said, struggling sometimes with how I’m going to write this so you can understand it. -
An update on some current issues in the county
Recently I had the privilege of presenting to the rest of the county the outstanding employees of 2012 who were selected to receive certificates of achievement by their elected officials or department heads.

On a mission to lose weight, the only way I know how
My contribution to this space today requires the use of a four-letter word. If you choose to read on and are offended, don’t say I didn’t warn you.

They have been infantrymen (Grunts), medics (Docs), helicopter pilots and door gunners, tankers, cooks, artillerymen, special forces and other unconvential special operations personnel, sailors, marines, Air Force fighter pilots, and a whole host of other specialized military jobs.
